1. Binding Agreement & Acceptance of Commercial Terms
These Terms of Service (this "Agreement" or these "Terms") constitute a legally binding commercial contract between Trade Print and Mail (referred to herein as "Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual, business entity, broker, team, or agent subscribing to or ordering print and direct mail fulfillment services (referred to herein as "Customer," "you," or "your").
By clicking "Schedule Dispatch," checking an authorization box, submitting a payment credential, or accessing our fulfillment portal (including tradeprintandmail.com and tradeprintandmail.pages.dev/ltl), you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to every provision contained herein, you must immediately cease all access and refrain from submitting any dispatch request.
2. Scope of Services & Independence from Referring Brokerages
Trade Print and Mail is an independent commercial print manufacturing, automated machine envelope inserting, digital personalization, and direct mail fulfillment facility operating in the State of Florida. Services comprise custom digital printing on commercial paper stock, precision Z-folding, insertion into opaque envelopes, live First-Class postal stamp affixing, address formatting, CASS/NCOA postal processing, and induction into the United States Postal Service (USPS) mail stream.
Independence Notice: Trade Print and Mail is an independent commercial printing facility. LetterToListing LLC is an independent, separate Florida-licensed referring brokerage network operating under Chapter 475 of the Florida Statutes. Trade Print and Mail does not broker real estate transactions, provide legal advice, provide title services, or participate in brokerage referral agreements. Print fulfillment fees charged hereunder represent direct physical manufacturing and USPS postage disbursement services.
3. Fees, Currency, Recurring Billing & Payment Processing
All pricing, rates, and quotes are denominated and processed strictly in United States Dollars (USD). Current service tiers include:
- Starter Farm (150 Homes): $129.00 USD billed monthly, or $387.00 USD discounted quarterly upfront.
- Solo Pro Farm (300 Homes): $199.00 USD billed monthly, or $597.00 USD discounted quarterly upfront.
- Team Dominance Farm (600 Homes): $349.00 USD billed monthly, or $1,047.00 USD discounted quarterly upfront ($949.00 promotional quarterly cadence when active).
- Tenant-to-Buyer Conversion Sprint Add-Ons: Flat, one-time fees (+$349, +$549, or +$949 USD) covering a 3-wave accelerated sequence to designated tenant households.
Payment Authorization: You authorize Trade Print and Mail (and our designated Level-1 PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways, including Stripe and Helcim) to immediately charge the payment method (credit card, debit card, or ACH transfer) provided at checkout for the initial dispatch amount and any recurring seasonal renewal intervals elected. You will see charges on your bank or credit card billing statement under the merchant descriptor TRADEPRINT.
Recurring Subscription Terms: Monthly packages recur every thirty (30) days within an active seasonal dispatch cycle. Quarterly packages recur every ninety (90) days. By enrolling, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to effective cancellation in accordance with Section 5.
4. Custom Manufacturing & Strict Non-Refundability Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy for Custom Print & Live Postage
All printed letters, envelopes, inserts, and direct mail products are custom-manufactured, personalized, and made-to-order using customer-supplied photographic assets, personal agent names, brokerage identifiers, and localized county parcel records. Furthermore, postage disbursements represent immediate, unrecoverable cash payments disbursed directly to the United States Postal Service.
ACCORDINGLY, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-CREDITABLE. ONCE AN ORDER IS SCHEDULED, AUTHORIZED, OR QUEUED FOR PRE-PRESS DIGITAL IMAGING, NO REFUNDS, CHARGEBACK CREDITS, OR PRO-RATED REIMBURSEMENTS SHALL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
If you believe an error occurred in manufacturing (e.g., severe physical print defect attributable entirely to machine failure prior to mail induction), you must notify support@tradeprintandmail.com in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of digital production confirmation. Our sole obligation, and your exclusive remedy, shall be the re-printing and re-dispatch of the defective portion of the print batch at our expense.
5. Subscription Cancellation & Mandatory Pre-Dispute Protocol
Cancellation Policy: To cancel a recurring monthly or quarterly fulfillment subscription, you must submit a written cancellation request via email to billing@tradeprintandmail.com at least seven (7) calendar days prior to your next scheduled recurring charge date. Cancellations received with less than seven (7) days notice will become effective following the subsequent billing cycle. Cancellation of recurring billing halts future dispatches but does not entitle you to any refund for prior or current cycle production costs.
Mandatory Dispute Escalation Notice: Prior to filing any dispute, chargeback, or claim with any credit card issuer, bank, or payment processor, you agree to submit a detailed written explanation of your grievance to billing@tradeprintandmail.com and afford Trade Print and Mail a minimum of fifteen (15) business days to investigate and resolve the issue.
Unwarranted Chargeback Fee: In the event Customer initiates an unjustified, bad-faith, or retaliatory payment dispute or credit card chargeback in contravention of this Agreement for services that were manufactured or inducted into the mail stream, Customer agrees to pay Trade Print and Mail an administrative chargeback defense fee of $250.00 USD per occurrence, plus all associated bank fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorney's fees incurred in contesting and collecting the funds.
6. USPS Postal Induction & Delivery Disclaimer
Trade Print and Mail manufactures mail pieces and delivers them into the physical custody of the United States Postal Service (USPS) at designated Business Mail Entry Units (BMEU) or authorized post office drop facilities in Florida.
Discharge of Delivery Obligation: Trade Print and Mail's delivery obligation is fully and conclusively satisfied upon verified physical induction and transfer of the print batch into the custody of the USPS. Verification of postal drop records, postage meter receipts, or internal production batch completion logs constitutes conclusive proof of fulfillment.
Carrier Independence & Force Majeure: The USPS is an independent government agency. Trade Print and Mail exercises zero control over postal carrier transit times, handling delays, inclement weather interruptions, carrier staffing shortages, undeliverable address handling, recipient forwarding orders, or damaged mail pieces during transit. TRADE PRINT AND MAIL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DELAY, LOSS, DAMAGE, DESTRUCTION, OR FAILURE OF TIMELY DELIVERY ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE OR ANY INDEPENDENT COURIER.
